Set of 12 flame-retardant textile sprays – Eurotextil
12 spray bottles of 0.5 L
Ready-to-use flame retardant for textiles. Made in France.
Classified M1 — the highest level a combustible material can reach under the French classification — under the conditions of LNE test report no. P258195-DEC/1, issued by the LNE, a laboratory accredited for reaction-to-fire testing. The classification is obtained when the product is applied in accordance with the instructions for use, on the fibres and weights covered by the test report, until saturation and run-off. Durability is unlimited in time indoors, sheltered from the weather, on an article that is neither washed nor dry-cleaned.
Every order is delivered with the classification test report, the instructions for use and the application declaration to be completed by the applying company; the traceability labels supplied with the containers are affixed to the declaration and link the quantity of product to the site.

How to determine the quantity of this Lot of 12 needed to obtain M1 classification?
The M1 dosage is based on the weight of your fabric, measured in “points”: one 0.5L spray bottle is equivalent to 100 points. The number of points required varies from 20 points/m² (very lightweight fabric) to 70 points/m² (very heavyweight fabric). This pack of 12 provides a total of 1200 treatment points. You must multiply the surface area to be treated by the number of points required for your fabric, then divide by 100 to determine the exact number of spray bottles to use.
Is the spray format the most effective for M1 application on complex textiles?
Yes. The sprayer allows for precise, saturation application, crucial for M1 fire resistance. Saturate the fabric on both faces until the excess runs off. Run-off is the condition of the test report. The easy handling and portability of the bottles make treating hanging fabrics (curtains) or complex designs much easier than using a large can. The fabric is impregnated until saturation and run-off. Fibres other than those covered by the test report are validated case by case before treatment.

What is textile flame retardant and why is the 12-pack advantageous for construction sites?
This liquid fabric flame retardant will allow you to delay the combustion of your textiles and prevent fires from starting. The product is available in liquid form, is odorless and colorless, and comes in spray bottles or containers.
Flame retardant treatment makes textiles difficult to ignite, a reaction-to-fire requirement that depends on the use of the fitting and is assessed with your inspection body and hotels/restaurants/cafes. EUROTEXTIL covers four fibres under a single test report, no. P258195-DEC/1: polypropylene 70 g/m², polyester 175 g/m², linen 230 g/m² and cotton 150 g/m². Any other fibre is validated before treatment. The pack of 12 ready-to-use spray bottles ensures a low unit price while offering the best logistical solution: it allows several teams to work simultaneously on large installations (curtains, decorations), optimizing time on site.
The 12-pack is the ideal solution for professionals (decorators, theatres, fitters) who prioritize multi-operator practicality and the rapid processing of numerous textile items.
How does the Lot of 12 simplify obtaining the application declaration for the construction site?
Classification is simplified. You will receive a single application declaration in your package, along with all the corresponding compliance stickers for the 1200 treatment points. These stickers constitute formal proof of compliance with the M1 dosage. After applying the product in accordance with the instructions for use, the applying company completes, dates and signs the classification test report and affixes the stickers justifying the quantity used. The classification test report is a declaration by the applying company: it stays with the applicator, does not have to be returned to us, and we do not countersign it. It must be kept in the site safety register together with the instructions for use and the classification test report.
