Ready-to-use flame retardant for textiles. Made in France. Also available in an economical 5 L format.
Classified M1 — the highest level a combustible material can reach under the French classification — under the conditions of LNE test report no. P258195-DEC/1, issued by the LNE, a laboratory accredited for reaction-to-fire testing: a report issued outside accreditation is not enforceable in premises open to the public. The classification is obtained when the product is applied in accordance with the instructions for use, on the fibres and weights covered by the test report, until saturation and run-off. Durability is unlimited in time indoors, sheltered from the weather, on an article that is neither washed nor dry-cleaned. In premises open to the public, the compliance of the installation is assessed, project by project, with your inspection body or the competent safety commission.
Every order is delivered with the classification test report, the instructions for use and the application declaration to be completed by the applying company. Want to review the file before ordering? Contact us: we will send it in Specimen form.

Eurotextil is a colorless liquid fabric flame retardant, specially designed to make your textiles difficult to ignite and achieve the M1 fire rating. The use of a fabric flame retardant is a strict regulatory requirement for all textiles used in Public Access Buildings (ERP) or in the Hotel and Restaurant (CHR) sector, such as stage curtains, hotel drapes, or museum hangings. Its main advantage is the range of fibres covered by a single test report: polypropylene 70 g/m², polyester 175 g/m², linen 230 g/m² and cotton 150 g/m², including cotton, linen, polyester, and polypropylene.
The treatment confers an M1 classification on the substrates covered by the test report — M1 being the highest level of the French classification for a combustible material. In premises open to the public, the final compliance of the installation is assessed, project by project, with your inspection body or the competent safety commission.

The sprayer is ready to use. The application must aim for complete and even impregnation:
The product is applied until saturation and run-off. In premises open to the public, the final compliance of the installation is assessed with your inspection body or the competent safety commission.
The product is colorless and designed for minimal fabric alteration. However, it is essential to perform a preliminary test on a small, hidden area before full treatment, especially due to the required saturation. As a precaution, the product should never be mixed with water and must be applied in a well-ventilated area. The durability of the M1 classification is not limited in time indoors, sheltered from the weather, on an article that is neither washed nor dry-cleaned, on the substrates and under the conditions of test report no. P258195-DEC/1.
For any other fabric, additional tests may be required by the quality control committees. We encourage you to check this before starting your project.
