Classified M1 on 100% polypropylene 70 g/m² and 100% polyester 175 g/m² foliage, under the conditions of LNE test report no. P258195-DEC/2, issued by the LNE, a laboratory accredited for reaction-to-fire testing. The regulation applicable to artificial floral decoration in premises open to the public requires an M2 classification: the treatment gives the treated fibres an M1 classification, above that requirement. The classification is obtained when the product is applied in accordance with the instructions for use, until saturation and run-off.
Durability: one year. Treatment of artificial plants is renewed annually. Every order is delivered with the classification test report, the instructions for use and the application declaration to be completed by the applying company.

How to apply the fire retardant from the 5L container on large trees or green walls?
The 5L container is applied with a pump sprayer, or by immersion for elements that can be dipped: these are the two methods covered by the test report. In a single application, the product is applied until the foliage is fully saturated and the excess runs off. Only the artificial foliage in the fibres covered by the test report is treated; moulded trunks and stems are outside its scope. While less convenient to handle than a sprayer, its high coverage makes it the most efficient solution. For easy touch-ups, an empty sprayer is included free of charge for convenient transfer.

After applying the product in accordance with the instructions for use, the applying company completes, dates and signs the classification test report and affixes the stickers justifying the quantity used. The classification test report is a declaration by the applying company: it stays with the applicator, does not have to be returned to us, and we do not countersign it. It must be kept in the site safety register together with the instructions for use and the classification test report.
