Returns and right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason: notify us by post or at info@alfaflor.com, then return the product within the following fourteen days. Return costs are at your expense.

An unsealed fire retardant cannot be taken back. Our liquid fire retardants are chemical mixtures covered by the CLP Regulation, delivered in a sealed container whose labelling guarantees their composition. Once the container has been opened, this composition can no longer be verified: the product can neither be repackaged nor put back on the market without risk to the health and safety of users. Article L221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code therefore excludes the right of withdrawal for a chemical product unsealed after delivery. The right remains intact for a container that has not been unsealed, in its original undamaged packaging, and for non-chemical items.
