Flame retardant for textiles<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This product includes an M1 fireproofing treatment certificate, placed in an envelope inside your package. Thanks to its ease of use, this product can be applied by you or your customers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Typical Application :<\/strong> Eurotextil flame retardants are widely used in areas such as special effects<\/strong>, theater<\/strong>, television<\/strong>, and film<\/strong>, as well as for protecting costumes<\/strong>, curtains<\/strong>, and sets<\/strong>. They are essential for ERPs, including performance halls<\/strong>, concert venues,<\/strong> museums<\/strong>, cultural centers<\/strong>, and hotels<\/strong>, where fire safety is crucial, particularly for textile materials exposed to the public.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What is a textile flame retardant ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This liquid flame retardant delays the combustion of textiles<\/a>, helping to prevent fires. It is odorless, non-toxic, and colorless, and is available in sprays.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

How to use a flame retardant for textiles ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Refer to the number of points<\/strong> in its category.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. Identify the textile type based on its weight<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  3. Refer to the number of points<\/strong> in its category.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  4. Multiply the corresponding points per square meter by the total surface area in square meters.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  5. Divide the total by 1000 (1 can = 1000 points) to calculate the exact number of cans needed<\/strong>. Divide the total by 100 (1 sprayer = 100 points) to calculate the exact number of sprayers needed.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  6. Ensure the fabric is clean<\/strong> and dry<\/strong> before application.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  7. Spray<\/strong> the flame retardant on both sides of the fabric <\/strong>(inside out and right side out).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  8. Stop spraying when the fabric is saturated<\/strong>, just before dripping. Allow the fabric to dry for at least 12 hours.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    M1 fire treatment certificate<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    This flame retardant product has been tested and certified M1 by the National Metrology and Testing Laboratory<\/strong> (Test report no. 208356 \u2013 DEC\/8).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    You will receive your flame retardant product with an M1 fire treatment certificate, provided in an envelope inside your package.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Repositionable stickers are located on the sprayers and should be affixed to your certificate. These stickers confirm that the fireproofing has been carried out correctly according to the recommended quantities.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    You must then complete the certificate, attach the sticker(s), and send it to us by email at info@alfaflor.com. We will certify it and return it to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    You can then present the certificate to the security commission upon request.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Each certificate and sticker has a unique number.<\/strong> Please handle them carefully, as replacements canno<\/strong>t be provided in the event of loss.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
