Can of flame retardant for textiles 5L<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This package includes a 5L container of Eurotextil flame retardant, as well as an M1 fire-retardant treatment treatment classification test report and point stickers to affix to the classification test report.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The classification test report must be completed by you and sent to us via email at info@alfaflor.com for validation. We will return the validated classification test report by email.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Typical Application :<\/strong> Eurotextil flame retardants are widely used in areas such as special effects<\/strong>, theater<\/strong>, television<\/strong>, and film<\/strong>, as well as for protecting costumes<\/strong>, curtains<\/strong>, and sets<\/strong>. They are essential for ERPs, including performance halls<\/strong>, concert venues,<\/strong> museums<\/strong>, cultural centers<\/strong>, and hotels<\/strong>, where fire safety is crucial, particularly for textile materials exposed to the public.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What is a textile flame retardant ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This liquid flame retardant delays the combustion of textiles<\/a> and helps prevent fires. It is odorless and colorless, available in sprays or cans.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

How to use a flame retardant for textiles ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Refer to the scale<\/strong> below to determine the required amount of flame retardant.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. Identify the textile type based on its weight<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  3. Refer to the number of points<\/strong> in its category.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  4. Multiply the corresponding points per square meter by the total surface area in square meters.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  5. Divide the total by 1000 (1 can = 1000 points) to calculate the exact number of cans needed<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  6. Ensure the fabric is clean<\/strong> and dry<\/strong> before application.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  7. Spray<\/strong> the flame retardant on both sides of the fabric <\/strong>(inside out and right side out).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  8. Stop spraying when the fabric is saturated<\/strong>, just before dripping.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    M1 fire treatment classification test report<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    This flame retardant product has been tested and classified M1 by the National Metrology and Testing Laboratory<\/strong> (Test report no. 208356 \u2013 DEC\/8).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    You will receive an M1 fire-retardant treatment treatment classification test report with your can of flame retardant.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Instructions :
    Attach the sticker(s) to the classification test report.
    Email the completed classification test report to info@alfaflor.com for validation.
    The classified document will be returned to you. You can then present it to the safety commission upon request.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Classified M1 in accordance with NF P92-512, under the conditions of test report no. P258195 \u2013 DEC\/1 issued by the LNE, a laboratory accredited for reaction-to-fire testing. <\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        5 L can \u2014 EUROTEXTIL<\/h5>\n

        Flame retardant for textiles in a can. Made in France. Sprayer supplied for application.<\/p>\n

        Classified M1<\/strong> \u2014 the highest level a combustible material can reach under the French classification \u2014 under the conditions of LNE test report no. P258195-DEC\/1, issued by the LNE, a laboratory accredited for reaction-to-fire testing. The classification is obtained when the product is applied in accordance with the instructions for use, on the fibres and weights covered by the test report, until saturation and run-off. Durability is unlimited in time indoors, sheltered from the weather, on an article that is neither washed nor dry-cleaned.<\/p>\n

        Coverage.<\/strong> Points = area (m\u00b2) \u00d7 weight (g\/m\u00b2) \u00d7 0.2, and 200 points = 1 litre. PP 70 g\/m\u00b2: 14 points\/m\u00b2. Cotton 150 g\/m\u00b2: 30 points\/m\u00b2.
