More than 40 years of fire-retardant treatment experience, since 1984.

Alfaflor is the trade name of Société Nationale de Produits Ignifugeants (SNPI). We formulate and supply fire retardants for the substrates covered by our classification test reports: textile fibres, artificial plant foliage and solid softwood — and the VI BOIS intumescent varnish system for wood and wood-based panels indoors.

Our classifications are issued by the LNE, a laboratory accredited for reaction-to-fire testing: a report issued outside accreditation is not enforceable in premises open to the public. Every order is delivered with the classification test report, the instructions for use and the application declaration to be completed by the applying company.

Any other substrate requires prior validation. Contact us: we will assess the feasibility of a treatment and, if necessary, arrange a dedicated test.

Want to review the file before ordering? Contact us: we will send it in Specimen form.
