This allowed their team to test the product on their wallpaper and check how well it worked and adhered.

Approval from the fire safety commission : The test results were positive, and the fire safety commission officially approved the solution. This step was essential to ensure regulatory compliance.

Extra check with the client’s wallpaper sample : To double-check, we asked for a sample of the actual wallpaper and tested it in our lab. This extra step helped confirm that our product was fully suitable before treating the entire surface.

On-site application

Once the tests and validations were completed, we organized an on-site intervention in Paris to treat all of the wallpaper by spraying.

A dedicated team for the job

Two of our technicians went to the Champs-Élysées to carry out the treatment across a large wallpapered area. The work was planned to be completed in one full day to minimize disruption to the business.

Efficient setup thanks to client preparation

The client had already covered and protected the space before our arrival, allowing us to start the application right away and save time. With this preparation, the project stayed on schedule.

Spray application of the treatment

We used Eurocarton, our fire retardant designed for paper and cardboard surfaces. The spray method was ideal for this project because it ensured :

Even coverage across the entire surface.

Deep penetration for strong fire resistance.

No visible change to the look of the wallpaper.

A project completed in 6 weeks

From the initial request to the final treatment, the entire project took about a month and a half.
