This project required a solution that was both highly effective, compliant with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/id\/LEGISCTA000020271998\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">French fire safety standards<\/a>, and respectful of the textile&#8217;s aesthetic and feel. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>An essential testing phase before approval <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preliminary tests with Eurotextil : <\/strong>Before treating all the ribbons, we conducted a <strong>first series of tests<\/strong> using our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alfaflor.com\/en\/boutique\/fire-retardants\/textile-flame-retardants\/fire-retardant-textile-eurotextil\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"103\">Eurotextil product<\/a>, which is specially designed for all types of textiles. The design studio <strong>sent us a sample ribbon<\/strong> so we could test the product&#8217;s reaction on the fabric. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimal results without alteration :<\/strong> After <strong>24 hours of drying<\/strong>, the tests confirmed that the <strong>color and texture of the textile remained unchanged,<\/strong> while still ensuring effective fire protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approval through fire testing : <\/strong>Once the fireproofed ribbons were returned to the design studio, their team performed internal<strong> fire tests<\/strong>. With the <strong>results being conclusive<\/strong>, they entrusted us with the <strong>entire batch of ribbons<\/strong> for the project\u2019s finalization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A treatment adapted for optimal absorption<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A dipping method for fireproofing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>To guarantee <strong>even penetration of the product,<\/strong> we opted for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alfaflor.com\/en\/services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dipping process<\/a>. This method was the most effective for textile ribbons of this size, ensuring <strong>perfect absorption<\/strong> of the fireproofing treatment. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A project completed quickly by our team<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Two of our technicians were assigned to this project, which was completed <strong>within two working days<\/strong>. Once the treatment was applied and the drying time observed, the fireproofed ribbons were returned to the design studio, ready to be used safely. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anticipating timelines for an optimal process <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>This project took <strong>about a month<\/strong> from the initial request to the final treatment.
